Reservation policy
All rates are quoted in Euro , per room per night and include services and taxes. Prices don't include breakfast.
Deposit:
In order to activate your reservation kindly let us have as a deposit the 30% of the total value of your reservation before the given release period is expired.
A fax or email notification towards the Hotel fax with t a copy of bank money transfer is also necessary, failing which shall automatically release the space. All accounts should be settled upon departure.
Please notice that the above-mentioned amount (s) are net to the hotel and any bank commission, expenses etc encumber the payer and not the receiver.
Cancellation policy
A: 21 days or more before arrival the deposit is refundable.
B: if costumer cancel his reservation during his stay, the customer is compelled to compensate with the 50% of value of rest of days of agreed period.
Children and extra beds
Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 7 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a studio is 2.
The maximum number of extra beds in a apartment is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
